This easy Shamrock Shake Pie is just what I need because I wait all year for McDonald’s Shamrock Shake! You can make it any time of year when you are craving that minty and creamy refreshing shake, it’s not just for St. Patrick’s Day! This easy Shamrock Shake Pie freezes like a dream too!
It’s super simple to make with ingredients you probably already have on hand and it’s no-bake! Comes together in just minutes, the hardest part is waiting for it to set up in the refrigerator or freezer. This dessert is great for the Christmas holiday too.

You will need:
2 (3.4 oz) boxes of vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
8 oz cool whip, thawed
12-14 drops green food coloring
1 (9 inch 6 oz) store bought graham cracker crust
*Additional thawed Cool Whip, maraschino cherries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions for Easy Shamrock Shake Pie:
In a large bowl, mix together the 2 boxes of pudding and the milk until combined. Next stir in the mint extract and the green food coloring.
Now carefully fold in the thawed Cool Whip.
Pour the mixture into a premade pie crust. Refrigerate or freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
Garnish with more Cool Whip, maraschino cherry and mint leaves if desired.
We prefer to freeze the pie, but you can enjoy it right from the refrigerator after it has set up for at least 6 hours or overnight.

- 12-14 drops green food coloring
