This Easy Raspberry Vinaigrette will fast become your go-to homemade salad dressing! It’s wonderful paired with my Raspberry Mandarin Orange Salad. Such a refreshing vinaigrette, perfect for summer and fall salads. It’s also a favorite during the holidays, a nice side for your Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter dinner.

You will need:
1 ½ cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1 ½ TB honey
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
¼ tsp onion powder
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions for Easy Raspberry Vinaigrette:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Blend for 1 minute
You can strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
Keeps for about a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator
You’ll love the fresh taste of this easy raspberry vinaigrette! After blending, you can even strain it if desired to remove the stray raspberry seeds that may have not been all the way blended. I prefer to do this, but my husband doesn’t mind, it’s just a personal preference.
