This Easy Pillsbury Focaccia Bread is so super simple to make, using Pillsbury refrigerated Pizza Crust! Simply add fresh chopped rosemary, garlic, a little salt and pepper and olive oil! It comes together so quickly and is easy to make!

This easy Pillsbury focaccia bread couldn’t be easier to make! Only a 4 ingredients plus salt and pepper and you have the perfect side for pizza, pasta, a salad or your favorite soup! This bread makes great sandwiches, just layer with turkey, provolone cheese and some lettuce and tomato for a hearty lunch or dinner.
You will need:
1 (13.8 oz.) tube Pillsbury Classic Refrigerated Pizza Crust
3 TB olive oil
½ TB minced fresh Rosemary (or ½ tsp dried)
2 garlic cloves, minced (about 1 TB)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Directions for Easy Pillsbury Focaccia Bread:
Finely mince the fresh rosemary and garlic, set aside
Next roll out the pizza dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Press dough to make indentations, using your fingers or the end of a wooden spoon.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper
Brush the olive oil mixture on top of the pizza dough with a pastry brush
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
I used rosemary and garlic for seasonings but feel free to make it your own! Top with Italian seasonings and parmesan cheese or tomatoes and olives or onions and peppers!
