You will need:
Red baby potatoes, about 18 baby or 8 medium red potatoes
6 TB butter, melted
3 TB fresh shredded parmesan cheese
*optional onion powder, garlic powder to taste

Directions for Easy Parmesan Roasted Potatoes:
Cut the baby potatoes in half or the medium potatoes in quarters
Pour melted butter into 9×13 baking dish (you can add onion powder and garlic powder to the melted butter if you wish)
Sprinkle cheese over butter and place the potatoes cut side down on top of the cheese
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender
