You will need:
15 Oreos
12 oz. bag White candy coating
12 oz. bag Red candy coating
Red sugar sprinkles
Black and orange edible food markers
White nonpareils sprinkles
White Sixlet candies
Disposable piping bag
Parchment paper
Directions for the Easy Snowman Oreo Cookies:
Place white candy coating wafers in a microwave safe bowl and melt according to package instructions.
Next, place an Oreo cookie on top of a fork and dip into the candy coating, tapping the fork against the bowl to remove any excess.
Then place the cookie on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper to fully set, about 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Now melt the red candy coating wafers according to package instructions.
Dip the top 1/3 of the cookie into the red candy coating.
Place on parchment paper and immediately sprinkle the red sugar sprinkles on top.
Add the white Sixlet candy to the top of the hat with a little red or white melted candy coating.
Using the black and orange edible markers, draw the snowman’s face on the white part of the cookie.
Now place some white melted candy coating in a disposable piping bag and pipe the brim of the hat.
Immediately sprinkle the white nonpareils sprinkles on the brim.
