You will need:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¼ cup diced green bell pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups instant Minute rice
Olive oil

DIRECTIONS FOR EASY MEXICAN MINUTE RICE:
Sauté green bell pepper in olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Next add the chicken broth
Then add the tomato sauce
Add the spices
Let come to a boil
Then add rice and cover with lid and remove from heat.
Let sit for 10 minutes, remove lid and fluff with fork. That’s it! This Easy Mexican Minute Rice is just the perfect side dish. Ingredients
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ cup diced green bell pepper

- 1 cup tomato sauce
