You will need:
For the crust:
½ cup salted butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup powdered sugar
For the lemon filling:
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2 ½ TB all-purpose flour
½ – 1 TB lemon zest
1/3 cup lemon juice
½ tsp baking powder

Directions for Easy Classic Lemon Bars:
For the crust:
Mix the butter with a hand mixer, until creamy.
Next mix the sugar in until smooth.
Then slowly add the flour and mix until combined.
Press the dough into a greased 8” square baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
For the filling:
Beat all filling ingredients together with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Spread filling evenly over the crust
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the lemon filling is set and done.
Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
