This Easy Chicken Cobbler recipe went viral on TikTok and let me tell you it’s SO GOOD! You certainly don’t have to, but I made mine Gluten-free and it has all the taste and no gluten! Super easy, only a few ingredients and you’ll have dinner on the table in less than an hour with good, old-fashioned comfort food!

You will need:
1 stick (½ cup) butter
4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
12 oz. bag frozen peas and carrots
1 box (11.36 oz) Red Lobster Gluten-free Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (just use the regular mix if you don’t want gluten-free)
2 cups milk
2 cups chicken broth
1 (10.5 oz.) can Campbell’s Gluten-free Cream of Chicken Soup (just use the regular cream of chicken soup if you don’t want gluten-free)

Directions for Easy Chicken Cobbler:
First, melt the butter in the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish. You can either melt it in the dish in the oven or pour the melted butter in the dish.
Then place the cooked shredded chicken on top of the melted butter evenly in the dish.
Now sprinkle the frozen peas and carrots over the chicken
Next, mix together the biscuit mix, seasoning packet and milk.
Pour over the peas and carrots, do not mix, but spread evenly and lightly over the peas and carrots.
Finally, mix together the Cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until completely combined.
Pour over the biscuit mix layer but DO NOT MIX.
Bake uncovered in a 375 degree preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown.
Let set for 15 minutes before eating.
Now you have the best chicken cobbler! Super easy to make and 5 minutes to put together. Makes the best comfort meal and gluten-free too!
