You will need:
1-2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken
2 TB butter
2 stalks of celery, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
½ medium onion, chopped
½ tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp fresh ground pepper
1 (14.5 oz.) can chicken broth
2 – 3 (10.5 oz) cans cream chicken soup
1 ½ cups frozen peas and carrots
2 cups Bisquick mix
2/3 cup milk

DIRECTIONS:
First, in a large pot over medium heat, sauté celery and onions until soft. Next add the chicken broth, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and 2 cans of the cream of chicken soup. Heat until bubbly.
Now stir in the peas and carrots and chicken. Next, add in a third can of the cream of chicken soup if you like a thicker sauce. Heat until bubbling. Then in a medium bowl, mix together the Bisquick and milk until a soft dough forms. Now for each dumpling, drop 2-3 Tablespoons of dough onto boiling sauce. Finally cook uncovered for 10 minutes and then cook covered for another 10 minutes.
