These Easy Apple Pie Jars are so quick to make and the perfect little portable dessert! Great for picnics, potlucks, holidays or anytime you want a cute little sweet snack. Fun for dessert tasting parties without the effort too!

You will need:
9″ store-bought apple pie
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
#1M piping tip
Disposable piping bags
Refrigerated pie crust dough (*optional)
Mini cookie cutter (*optional)
Ground cinnamon
Granulated sugar
12 (4 oz.) mason jars – click here to find them on Amazon (affiliate link)
Simply scoop out the apple pie, crust and all and fill each jar ¾ way full.
Next fill the thawed Cool Whip in the piping bag fitted with the 1M piping tip. Pipe Cool whip on top of the pie filling.
Now sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top.
*optional: Unroll the refrigerated pie dough and cut out your choice of shape with a mini cookie cutter (I used a heart)
Next sprinkle shapes with cinnamon and sugar or sprinkles and bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. COOL COMPLETELY.
Top each pie jar with the cut out pie crust

- 1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
