Adorable no-bake coffee cakes for Easter! Drake’s cakes make it so simple to create these super cute bunny coffee cakes for your Easter brunch. Drake’s Coffee Cakes are SO GOOD with a yummy streusel topping, they are always the first to diappear in our house!

You will need:
1 (10.42 oz.) box Drake’s Coffee Cakes
1 (16 oz.) container white frosting
Green food coloring
White candy coating melts
White fondant
Black and pink edible food marker
Small bunny cookie cutter
Candy coated chocolate eggs or jelly beans
Directions for the Easter Coffee Cakes:
Roll out the white fondant and cut bunnies out using the small bunny cookie cutter.
Place on parchment paper and let dry 6 hours or overnight
Using the black edible food marker, make 2 dots for the eyes on the bunny and with the pink food marker make a pink dot for the nose and color in the inside of the ears.
Melt candy coating according to package instructions. Place a small amount of melted candy coating in the middle of each bunny and immediately attach a candy egg on top.
Cut just the ears out of the white rolled fondant for the bunny’s arms
Wrap the arms around the egg, attaching with melted candy coating.
Mix the white frosting with a couple of drops of green food coloring to get the color you want.
Next pipe on the frosting on the top of the cake using a #233 grass piping tip
Add the bunny on top in the middle of each coffee cake and add candy eggs.

Easter Coffee Cakes
Drake's No-bake coffee cakes all dressed up for Easter!

- 1 (10.42 oz.) box Drake’s Coffee Cakes
