Drake’s Ring Dings snack cakes make these ADORABLE Easter Bunny Cakes so easy to make! A fun no-bake treat for Easter that will look so elegant on your Easter brunch buffet! Just takes minutes to create and the cute woodland moss effect is made with graham crackers!

You will need:

1 (11.55 oz.) box Drake’s Ring Dings snack cakes
6 large graham crackers
Chocolate frosting (store-bought or homemade)
Spring sprinkles
Directions for Easter Bunny Cakes:
First finely crush the graham crackers using a zipper bag and rolling pin or food processor

Next in the zipper bag, add about 15 drops of food coloring and incorporate the coloring into the graham crackers.

Now frost the top of the Ring Dings with chocolate frosting.

Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers on top of the frosting until fully coated.

Use a little frosting to attach the sugar flower to the chocolate bunny.

Then attach the bunny to the top of the Ring Ding with frosting and add spring sprinkles on the top of the moss if desired.

Elegant no-bake Easter Bunny Cakes that just takes minutes to make using Drake's Ring Ding Snack Cakes!
Ingredients
- 1 (11.55 oz.) box Drake’s Ring Dings snack cakes
- 6 large graham crackers
- Green food coloring
- Chocolate frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 Mini chocolate bunnies
- Sugar icing flowers
- Spring sprinkles
- Zipper bag or food processor
Instructions
- First finely crush the graham crackers using a zipper bag and rolling pin or food processor
- Next in the zipper bag, add about 15 drops of food coloring and incorporate the coloring into the graham crackers.
- Now frost the top of the Ring Dings with chocolate frosting.
- Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers on top of the frosting until fully coated.
- Use a little frosting to attach the sugar flower to the chocolate bunny.
