You will need:

1 lb. ground pork or chicken
3 TB light soy sauce
2 TB sesame oil
1 TB rice vinegar
3 cloves chopped garlic
3 green onions chopped
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 TB fresh grated ginger or 1/4 tsp ground
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 TB brown sugar
Water or chicken broth
Wonton or dumpling wrappers
Soy sauce, chopped green onion and chili crisp for topping
Directions for Dumpling Lasagna
Chop the garlic and onions and shred the cabbage.

Mix together the 3 TB light soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, rice vinegar, pepper and brown sugar in a small bowl, set aside.

Place the ground pork or chicken in a large bowl. Add the cabbage, garlic and green onion. I had ground chicken on hand so I used that.

Add the sauce and mix together.

Now layer the ramekins starting with a wonton wrapper.

Next spoon in and spread a layer of the meat mixture.
Repeat about 3 more times.

Before putting on the last wonton, spoon in 3-5 TB of water or chicken broth. (If you put the 5TB of water or broth it will be more like a soup dumping)!

Place the top layer of wonton on top.

Place the ramekins in a deep pan or pot in simmering water that comes up halfway up the ramekin. Cover and steam on medium high heat for 20 minutes or until the pork or chicken is done. (I did mine in 2 batches)

Top with soy sauce, chopped green onion and chili crisp.

Just look at those layers!
