These Costco Pumpkin Pie Jars are so ridiculously easy to make! They are the perfect portion of pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving or the holidays and everyone loves them! Just pick up a Costco Pumpkin Pie, some mini jars and a refrigerated pie crust from the grocery store and you’ll have an adorable dessert that everyone will rave about!

You will need:
Costco pumpkin pie
Refrigerated pie crust dough
1 egg
1 tsp water
Pastry brush
Mini autumn cookie cutters
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1M piping tip with disposable piping bag
Pumpkin Pie spice or cinnamon
16 (4 oz.) mason jars
Bakers twine (optional)*
Directions for Costco Pumpkin Pie Jars
Unroll the refrigerated pie dough and cut out autumn leaf and pumpkin shapes.
Next beat the egg and water together to make an egg wash. Brush the egg wash on top of the pie dough shapes with the pastry brush. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. COOL COMPLETELY.
Then, simply scoop out the Costco pumpkin pie, crust and all, and place into the jar, filling about ¾ of the way full.
Now fill the thawed Cool Whip in the piping bag fitted with the 1M piping tip. Pipe Cool whip on top of the pie filling and sprinkle a little pumpkin pie spice on top.
Place the cooled pie dough leaf on top. Tie bakers twine around the top of the jar if desired.
