1. With a knife, cut a Little Debbie Cosmic Cupcakein half.
2. Cut marshmallows in half using kitchen shears.
3. Using the black edible marker, draw eyes on the flat part of the marshmallow.
4. Push toothpick in the bottom of the marshmallow and place toothpicks in the top of the Little Debbie Cosmic Cupcake.
