You will need:
12 oz Cellentani pasta
½ lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
3 TB butter
2 TB all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1 ½ cup milk.

DIRECTIONS:
First, boil noodles according to package instructions.
Now, in a large sauce pan, melt butter and add flour, stirring constantly.

When it thickens, add the milk, salt, paprika and cheese cubes.

Then stir constantly until thick and smooth. This should be like an extra thick cream. If too thick add more milk.
