This copycat Disney Dole Whip recipe is so easy and only 3 ingredients! If you’re like us, getting some Dole Whip is one of the first stops whenever we go to Disneyland or Disney World. It’s so nice to make this refreshing pineapple treat at home anytime we want it now!

You will need:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup pineapple juice
1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
*optional ingredients for decorating like mini Nilla Wafers, maraschino cherries and drink umbrellas

Directions for Copycat Disney Dole Whip:
In a blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks and pineapple juice, blend until smoothie consistency. Take your time with this and stop your blender and mix the chunks around if necessary and repeat. I don’t have a very high-powered blender but if you thaw your pineapple for just a bit it may help.
Next add the vanilla ice cream and blend together until everything is completely incorporated.
You can scoop or pipe the Dole Whip in dishes and decorate if you wish. Serve immediately.
It’s fun to add little mini Nilla Wafers for Mickey ears or maraschino cherries and a little drink umbrella. Kids will love it!
