You will need:
6 bell peppers
1 pound ground beef
1 ½ cup cooked rice
1 tsp McCormick grill seasoning
2 ½ TB Schilling brown gravy mix, dry
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
7×11 baking dish

Directions for Classic Stuffed Peppers:
First, slice off the tops of the peppers and clean out the inside
Next, fry beef in the frying pan until done, drain grease if necessary. Then add tomato sauce, rice, the grill seasoning and the gravy mix into the pan. Heat until bubbly.
Now, stuff the classic stuffed peppers with the mixture.
Next, pour a little water in the bottom of the dish and place peppers in the dish.
Now, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes. Finally, top each pepper with a little mozzarella cheese and return to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes more.
