I just love these big packs of mini muffins by Little Debbie because they have 6 mini muffins in each individual pouch. There are 5 pouches in each box so you can make 30 mini milk and cookie muffins in no time! Makes a cute little bedtime snack.
You will need:
1 (12.67 oz. box) Little Debbie Big Pack Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins
1 (16 oz.) container white frosting
15 mini chocolate chip cookies
Lollipop sticks (optional)
Washi tape (optional)
Directions for Chocolate Chip Cookie Muffins:
First spread the frosting on top of the muffin, leaving a rim around the edge of the muffin (or you can pipe the frosting in the middle if you want with a disposable piping bag.
Next place half of a mini cookie in the middle of the frosting. If you can’t find mini chocolate chip cookies in your local grocery store bakery or cookie aisle, try looking for chocolate chip cookie cereal in the cereal aisle at the grocery store.
Now wind some Washi tape around the lollipop stick and cut into 1” sections for the straw
Then stick the straw in the top of the muffin
These make the cutest little treat. They are absolutely perfect for a sleepover, family movie night, after school snack, game night or any time!
