These chewy granola bar carrots are absolutely required for your Easter Brunch! Using only 3 ingredients, they are ready in no time and will look adorable at any Easter gathering. You will need:

1 (8.2 oz.) box Sunbelt Bakery Lemon Meringue Chewy Granola Bars
Wooden skewer
Knife
Directions for Chewy Granola Bar Carrots:
First trim the granola bar on each side to a point lengthwise in the shape of a carrot.

Next melt the orange candy coating according to package instructions and pour into a disposable piping bag.
Then cut the tip off the piping bag and drizzle the candy coating in a back and forth motion horizontally across the granola bar carrots laid on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Let dry completely.

Now take a wooden skewer and make a hole in the top of the carrot.


Cut about 5 pieces of the edible Easter grass and push into the hole at the top of the carrot.

This is such a great treat for Easter breakfast or brunch! Only 3 simple ingredients and is ready in a few minutes. They look really cute served on a cutting board, on a long serving platter or you can put one on each place setting! The lemon meringue flavor of the granola bars is just perfect for Springtime too!

- 12 oz. orange candy coating
- Edible Easter grass
