These cute Cheese and Cracker Pumpkin Pie Slices make the cutest appetizers for your Fall Festivities! Perfect for a Thanksgiving Charcuterie Board, everyone loves these little savory snacks that are so fun to make! The idea is originally from Project Dennler, but I’ve used different crackers to change it up a bit.

You will need:
- Block of cheddar cheese
- Chicken in a Biscuit crackers
- Cream Cheese (whipped) – you can use flavored cream cheese if you wish
- Wilton #16 star piping tip
- Disposible icing bags

Cut cheese into triangles to fit the shape of the cracker
Attach cheese on top of triangle cracker using softened cream cheese
Attach the Chicken in a Biscuit cracker to the back of the slice with cream cheese
Pipe a little dollop of cream cheese on top
Now you have the cutest cheese and cracker pumpkin pie appetizer ever! Great for Charcuterie Boards for Thanksgiving!
Cheese & Cracker Pumpkin Pies
Cute cheese and cracker pumpkin pie appetizers, so easy to make for your thanksgiving celebration or harvest party.
Ingredients
- Block cheddar cheese
- Chicken in a Biscuit Crackers
- Townhouse Triangle Pita Chip Crackers
- Softened Cream Cheese
- Wilton #16 star piping tip
- Disposable icing bag
Instructions
- Cut the block of cheese into triangle wedges to fit on top of the pita cracker.
- Attach the wedge of cheese on top of the cracker with softened cream cheese.
- Attach the chicken and a biscuit cracker vertically to the back of the cheese with the softened cream cheese.
- Put the remaining cream cheese in to a piping bag fitted with the tip and pipe on little dollups of cream cheese on top of each pie.
