These gummy cola bottles make up both the bottle and the champagne glass!
You will need:
12 mini cupcakes frosted white
½ cup white candy coating wafers
Green sugar sprinkles
12 yellow confetti sprinkles
White non pareils sprinkles
Clear sugar crystal sprinkles
Directions for Champagne Bottle Celebration Cupcakes:
Sprinkle the top of the cupcake with the clear sugar crystals to resemble small ice cubes.
Melt the white candy coating wafers according to package instructions.
Using a food safe paintbrush, brush the melted candy coating on the bottom 2/3 of the gummy cola bottle, leaving the neck of the bottle plain.
Immediately pour green sugar sprinkles on the coated gummy bottle – make sure this is done over a small bowl to catch the excess sprinkles so they can be used again.
With a toothpick dipped in melted candy coating, attach a yellow confetti sprinkle on the front of the green gummy bottle. Place bottle on top of cupcake.
Cut a plain gummy cola bottle in half, turn upside down and dip the cut end into the melted candy coating.
Immediately dip into a small bowl filled with white non pareils sprinkles. This is the champagne glass. Place on top of the cupcake next to the green gummy champagne bottle.
