Chalkboard Oatmeal Creme Pies

Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies are a fan favorite in our household and the perfect treat for Back-to-School lunches. Make them even more special by creating these Chalkboard Oatmeal Creme Pies!

These are so incredibly easy to make and of course they will taste amazing because, well, it’s LITTLE DEBBIE!

You will need:

• Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies
• Black royal icing (for the BEST Royal Icing recipe, click here)
• Black food coloring gel
• Jumbo red heart sprinkles
• Green jimmies sprinkles
• White food coloring
• Food safe paint brush

Pipe on black royal icing in a large circle on top of the oatmeal creme pie. Let dry completely or overnight.

Using the white food coloring and food safe paintbrush, paint the words, “Back-to-School” on the top of the creme pie.

Using a sharp knife, cut the tip off of the jumbo red heart sprinkle. Cut a green jimmie sprinkle in half.

Attach the sprinkles on top of the Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pie using a little icing to resemble an apple.

Now you have the cutest Chalkboard Oatmeal Creme Pies for an awesome Back-to-School snack! These make great teacher’s gifts too!
