Little Debbie Easter Basket Cakes are second to only the iconic Little Debbie Tree Cakes! They are perfect in every way and just what I crave after the winter holidays. I’ve made them extra special for Easter adding a little marshmallow bunny on top! Kids will love to decorate these as an edible Easter craft and they are easy to make since there’s no baking involved!

You will need:

1 (12.75 oz.) box Little Debbie Easter Basket Cakes
10 regular size marshmallows
Wilton icing bunny ears decorations
White candy melts
Green frosting (homemade or store-bought)
Grass piping tip and disposable piping bag
Black edible marker
Pink heart sprinkles
Directions for Bunny Basket Cakes:
First pipe on the green icing using the grass piping tip in the middle of the Easter Basket Cake.

Now make 2 dots on the side of the marshmallow with the black edible marker for eyes.

Then melt candy coating according to package instructions. Attach the pink heart sprinkle to the marshmallow under the eyes using a toothpick dipped in candy coating for the nose.

Draw on whiskers with the edible marker.

Dip the bottom end of the ears into the melted candy coating and attach to the top of the marshmallow. You will have to hold them in place until set.

Finally, place the bunny on top of the grass frosting.

These are so adorable! If you have trouble finding the candy ears, you can make them out of sliced almonds or white fondant and color the middle of the ears with a pink edible marker.
