You will need:
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
½ cup Frank’s Hot Wing Sauce
2 green onions, chopped
3 Tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon dry Ranch seasoning
5 large Flour tortillas
Shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
Olive oil

First mix the chicken, sour cream, ranch seasoning & green onions together in a bowl.
Then mix in the hot sauce.
Next, over medium heat, place a little olive oil in a medium skillet and spread the chicken mixture on one half of the tortilla.
Then, top the chicken mixture with cheese (however much you want)
Now, fold the tortilla over and place in the hot pan. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Then flip the tortilla and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove the tortilla and cut into 3 triangle wedges.
Top with cilantro, green onions or sour cream if desired.
