1 – (16 oz.) bag frozen white sweet corn (or about 5 stalks fresh corn, prepped)
½ cup salted butter
Chives or green onions
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt the butter.
Pour in the frozen (not thawed) white sweet corn and cook until the kernels have just a little brown color on them from the butter.
Add the green onions or chives and cook for another minute.
Garnish with chives and freshly ground black pepper.
