You will need:
1 (12.67 oz. box) Little Debbie Big Pack Blueberry Mini Muffins
Mini waffle maker (click here to get it on Amazon – affiliate link)
Fresh blueberries
Powdered sugar or maple syrup if desired
Directions for the Blueberry Muffin Waffles:
Place 1 Blueberry Mini Muffin in the middle of the mini waffle maker. If you have a larger waffle maker, feel free to add more muffins
Close the lid.
Cook until the light goes on or the muffin is toasted (3-4 minutes)
Top with fresh blueberries, powdered sugar or maple syrup.
These are so quick and easy to make, no messy batter and they are perfect for the kids to grab and go on a busy school morning. Elegant enough for a brunch buffet too when they are skewered together and dusted with confectioners sugar. Add some fresh blueberries on top or drizzle some maple syrup. Easy to make mini waffles using Little Debbie Blueberry Mini Muffins!
Ingredients
- 1 (12.67 oz. box) Little Debbie Big Pack Blueberry Mini Muffins
- Mini waffle maker
- Fresh blueberries
- Powdered sugar or maple syrup if desired
Instructions
- Place 1 Blueberry Mini Muffin in the middle of the waffle maker.
- Close the lid and cook until the light goes on or the muffin is toasted (3-4 minutes)
- Top with fresh blueberries, powdered sugar or maple syrup
