I just love the Little Debbie Birthday Cake Mini Muffins because they are not too sweet like a cupcake. Super cute and so delicious, these little Birthday Cake Cones come together so fast and easy! Kids and adults alike love this small little snack and you can whip up a batch of these in no time!
You will need:
1 (8.44 oz.) box Little Debbie Birthday Cake Mini Muffins
1 (16 oz.) container frosting
Rainbow non-pareil sprinkles
Rainbow jimmies sprinkles
Red round fruit or chocolate candy
Mini ice cream cones – click here to get these on Amazon (affiliate link)
#1M piping tip or mini cookie scoop
Disposable piping bag
Directions for the Birthday Cake Mini Muffin Cones:
Place a little frosting in a shallow bowl and place a mini ice cream cone in the frosting, coating the rim of the cone.
Immediately place the frosted cone rim in a small bowl of the rainbow non-pareil sprinkles
Cut a Little Debbie Birthday Cake Mini Muffin in half
Place the cut halves in the mini ice cream cone.
Pipe frosting in a swirl on top of the cone to look like ice cream using a #1M piping tip or use a mini cookie scoop and scoop out the frosting and place on top of the cone.
Sprinkle the rainbow jimmies sprinkles on the frosting
Top with a red round coated candy
One muffin cut in half is the perfect size for these mini cones!
