The difference between dressing and stuffing:
You will cook Thanksgiving dressing outside the bird in another dish and stuffing is when you put it inside the bird.
That being said, we still use these words interchangeably at our house, and this recipe is actually dressing to be made in a casserole dish, not stuffed in the turkey.
You will need:
8 cups dried bread cubes, cut into small bite size cubes
½ cup finely diced celery
1/3 cup finely diced onion
2 cups chicken broth (or 2 cups water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes)
3 Tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
Cooking spray
2 quart 7”x11” casserole dish
