This is the BEST Pimento Cheese! It’s a classic Southern recipe that is so easy to make and so good! My dad just loved pimento cheese on white bread and I love it on crackers. My husband is a member of the PGA and is able to attend the Masters Golf Tournament every year in Augusta Georgia and says this is the closest recipe he’s had to their famous Pimento Cheese Sandwiches!

Directions for Best Pimento Cheese
First, mix everything together in a medium bowl with a large wooden spoon or a hand mixer.
Finally, cover and put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Now, this is seriously the best pimento cheese I’ve ever had. You can add some cayenne or chopped jalapenos for some kick, but I stick with the basics. I also love the fact that it is gluten-free if you serve it on some gluten-free bread, veggies, or gluten-free crackers!
This pimento cheese spread is also great on top of a grilled burger with a fried green tomato inside too! It’s just the perfect Southern bite!
Simply spread the cheese mixture between 2 pieces of quality white bread and you have an amazing copycat Masters Pimento Cheese Sandwich! My husband who goes to the tournament every year says it’s just like the original! This is perfect for watching the Masters golf tournament on Masters weekend for a watch party!
