With a few tweaks here and there I believe I have come up with a great recipe that will have your family begging for the recipe!

Here’s a fun fact. I was making this pie on Christmas Eve and we were all looking forward to it! After about 20 minutes, my oven started to smoke and started buzzing. I took the pie out but couldn’t turn off the oven, it was getting hotter and hotter and I panicked, called the fire department and they cut the power, said my oven was finally dead (it was 17 years old). They were super nice but concerned that the pie would go to waste. I offered it to them but they said they couldn’t transport it because it was still liquid but they would love to take some of my cookies and they asked to see my extensive Snoopy Christmas Village in the living room. I gave the pie to my neighbor who is also gluten-free and her family loved having it for Christmas Eve dinner
Anyway, after 2 months waiting for a new oven (I unfortunately have to have a downdraft), my new Jenn Air was delivered and this pecan pie was one of the first things I baked!
It really is the best pecan pie ever!
