This is the BEST Peach Salsa! Or as we like to call it, Peacho de gallo! It’s just the most refreshing salsa, full of fresh peaches, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, cilantro and jalapeno. With a hint of lime juice, this is one of our favorite go-to dips of the season. If fresh peaches aren’t in season, you can always use frozen peaches too! This is a crowd favorite, so it’s a good idea to double the recipe when sharing!
