This is the Best Gluten Free Green Bean Casserole and it’s so good and your family won’t even know it’s gluten-free! It tastes exactly like the original and I can’t tell you how much I’ve missed this dish during the holidays now that I was forced to give up gluten.

You will need:
1 (12 oz.) package frozen cut or 2 (14.5 oz.) cans cut green beans, drained
1 (10.5 oz.) can Campbell’s Gluten-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
¾ cup milk
1 tsp gluten-free soy sauce
1 (6 oz.) can Gluten-Free French fried onions (or make your own with my easy recipe here)
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions for the Best Gluten Free Green Bean Casserole:
First cook the frozen beans half way so they are just soft.
Then combine the beans, milk, soup, soy sauce and pepper in a medium bowl
Next fold in 2/3 cup of the French fried onions (I found these Gluten-Free French Fried Onions at my local Kroger store but if you’d like to make your own, click here for my simple GF French Fried Onion recipe
Now mix in the par cooked green beans
Spread the mixture into an oven safe casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Top with 1/3 -2/3 cup more French fried onions and bake for another 5 minutes until the onions are golden brown on top.
It’s seriously the best gluten-free green bean casserole! Tastes just like the original and makes a great side dish for the holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving or Christmas. I like to make it on cold nights just for comfort food!
