You will need:
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 cup sour cream
1 packet Ranch seasoning (1 oz.) – Hidden Valley brand is gluten-free
8 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
4 green onions, sliced
2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

First, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using non-stick cooking spray, spray the inside of a 1.5 quart oven safe baking dish.
Then, using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Then beat in the sour cream and the ranch seasoning.
Next, set aside about ¼ cup of bacon and green onion each for garnish. Fold in the remaining bacon crumbles and green onion into the mixture.
Then fold in 2 cups cheddar cheese and the shredded chicken.
Now, scoop the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Then, top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon and return to oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Finally, remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onion. Serve with your favorite crackers, tortilla chips, bread or veggies.
