This is the best artichoke dip hands down. I am REQUIRED to make it every game day, for potlucks, holiday parties. I’ve also been known to double the recipe so I can make a small dish just for myself because it is always the FIRST thing to go!

You will need:
1 (15 oz.) can water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced fine
1 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese

Directions for Best Artichoke Dip:
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl
Now mix everything together in the bowl with a spoon.
Then place in a 8”pie dish or small casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven until top is bubbly and golden brown.
Double the recipe for a crowd and put in a 7”x10” glass baking dish. Serve with celery or carrot sticks, crostini, or crackers.

This artichoke dip only has 4 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to prep! Super easy to make and everyone raves about this appetizer!
Ingredients
