I absolutely love these fries and they are so great! Not greasy like deep fried fries, you can season them up any way you like!
You will need:
2 russet potatoes
Olive oil
Seasonings (any seasonings you would like)
Air fryer (click here for my choice on Amazon – affiliate) – I bought one for my son too, he loves it as much as I do!
Directions for the Best Air Fryer French Fries:
First, scrub the potatoes clean, we like the skin on, but you can certainly peel them if you prefer.
Next, slice the potatoes lengthwise in ¼ inch slices
Then cut them in ¼ inch strings
Now wash the sliced fries with cold water
Then pat them dry so they will crisp up in the fryer.
Now drizzle with olive oil and then season them with any seasons you would like!
You can also season them with:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayanne pepper
- Chili powder
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
Place them in the air fryer
Set the temperature at 380 degrees for 17 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking time, shake the fries
Cook for the remaining time and you have the best homemade fries!
