These Beary Cute S’mores Cupcakes are so beary cute! Filled with an easy marshmallow fluff filling, they even have a graham cracker crust on the bottom! They are the perfect cupcakes for campouts and picnics and so fun to make. Topped with an adorable teddy graham, piped dark chocolate and marshmallow bits, everyone young and old loves these s’mores cupcakes!

You will need:
For the crust:
1 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
For the cake:
1 (15.25 oz.) box dark chocolate fudge cake mix
3 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
Chocolate frosting – get my easy homemade recipe here
1M piping tip and disposable icing bag
For the filling:
¾ cup store-bought white fluffy frosting
¾ cup Marshmallow Fluff
For the decorations:
24 Teddy grahams
Black edible marker
Dark chocolate candy melts
Marshmallow Mallow bits
Finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
Parchment paper

Directions for Beary Cute S’mores Cupcakes:
Place 24 cupcake liners in muffin tins
For the crust:
First combine the finely crushed graham cracker crumbs and the sugar in a medium bowl. Next add the melted butter and stir to combine. Place 1 Tablespoon of the crust mixture into each cupcake liner and press down with a small juice glass or shot glass. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. COOL COMPLETELY.
For the cake:
Prepare cake mix according to package instructions. Spoon batter into each cupcake liner and fill 2/3 of the way.
Bake according to box instructions and cool completely.
For the filling:
Put the white frosting and marshmallow fluff in a medium bowl and using a hand mixer, mix until completely combined.
Next scoop out the middle of the cupcake using a melon baller being careful not to go down to the crust.
Now put the filling into a piping bag and snip off the end. Pipe each hole with filling.
For the decoration:
Frost cupcake with homemade chocolate frosting and 1M piping tip if desired.
Next melt dark chocolate candy coating according to package instructions. Place in piping bag and pipe chocolate designs onto parchment paper. Let dry completely (about ½ hour).
Draw the eyes and nose on each teddy graham using the black edible marker.
Finally decorate top of cupcake with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, teddy graham, marshmallow bits and the chocolate decoration (or a Hershey bar square) if desired.
