One of our favorite snacks is BBQ pulled pork nachos. Super flavorful and the hit of any big game party, movie night or just a simple dinner, these nachos are a fan favorite. Made super easy my using my Slow Cooker Pulled Pork recipe, you basically just assemble and enjoy!

If you make the Slow Cooker pulled pork, this will feed a whole crowd and perfect for game day or a big party. It will be the first thing to disappear, I never have any leftovers! I just leave the pulled pork in the crock pot and everyone assembles their own. Or you can make a huge board already assembled and toasted and line your entire countertop with it!
You will need:
BBQ Pulled Pork (see my slow cooker BBQ Pulled Pork recipe here)
Tortilla chips
Mexican blend cheese
Can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
Chopped tomato
Chopped green onion
Lime
Your favorite toppings

DIRECTIONS FOR BBQ PULLED PORK NACHOS
Assemble a layer of chips on a baking sheet
Place a layer of BBQ pulled pork on top of the chips
Next place a layer of black beans on top of the pork, and cover with the cheese. Place under the broiler until cheese is melted (watch carefully!)
Remove the nachos and top with the tomato
Finally sprinkle with green onion and lime
Add on more of your favorite toppings, it makes a great meal too. Kids love customizing their own plate of nachos and it’s a great snack to munch on while watching a movie.
Always a crowd favorite every time I make these and the pork is so easy to make it’s really unbelievable!
