You will need:
1 pound ground beef
4 green onions, sliced
1 egg, beaten
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp ground ginger if desired.
2 (8 oz.) tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
3 teaspoons sesame seeds

Directions for Asian Beef Dumplings
First preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onion powder, beef bouillon and ginger in a small bowl.
Next, place the ground beef in a frying pan and pour sauce over the beef. Fry until done, set aside.In another small frying pan, scramble the egg and break up into small pieces.
Combine the cooked meat mixture, scrambled egg and onions.
Now unroll one of the crescent tubes and divide into 4 rectangles with 2 triangles each. Using your fingers, press out perforations. Repeat with the second tube.
Then, on a lightly floured surface, roll out each rectangle to a 6” square.
Next, spoon about 5 Tablespoons of meat mixture into the center of each square.
Now, bring up the edges of the dough to cover filling, pinching together on top to form a bundle.
Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
