This Summer Fruit Salad is so refreshing on a hot summer day. Super easy to make, takes just a few minutes and you have the perfect picnic food or side to any summer BBQ! You can eat it on it’s own or tossed with my simple Honey Citrus dressing. This is always the first to disappear at any gathering! It’s a good idea to double or even triple this if you are serving a crowd.

You will need:
1 cup each of:
Watermelon
Blueberries
Raspberries
Pomegranate seeds
Green grapes
Strawberries
1 (11 oz.) can of mandarin oranges packed in juice
Honey Citrus dressing (optional)
Directions for Summer Fruit Salad:
First wash all of the produce.
Next, dice the fresh watermelon into bite size pieces.

Then, slice the grapes in half.

Now, slice the strawberries.

Next, drain the mandarin oranges

Now, add all of the fruit into a large bowl.

Gently mix the fruit or toss with my Honey Citrus dressing (optional)
