One of our most favorite Sunbelt Bakery Chewy Granola Bar flavors is their Key Lime Pie Chewy Granola Bars! We can’t wait to see them on the shelves in the spring and they’re just in time for Easter! I had to make these cute Key Lime and Coconut Granola Bunny Bites for Easter, they turned out so cute AND delicious!

You will need:
1 (oz.) box Sunbelt Bakery Key Lime Pie Chewy Granola Bars
Sweetened flaked coconut
Sliced almonds
White frosting
Pink round confetti sprinkles
Black pearl sprinkles
Pink edible marker
Mini marshmallows
Directions:
First cut the Key Lime Pie Chewy Granola Bars in half.
Next frost the top of the granola bar with white frosting.
Then sprinkle the flaked coconut on top, pressing it into the frosting a little.
Now color the inside of a sliced almond for the ears.
Place 2 sliced almonds on top of the granola bar.
Then place the black pearl sprinkles on top for the eyes and a round pink confetti sprinkle for the nose.
Finally cut a mini marshmallow in half and attach to the back of the granola bar with a little frosting for the tail.
These are the cutest little treat and they taste so tropical with the key lime and coconut flavors! I love how they can be made in advance and kept in an air tight container for a couple of days too!

- 1 (8.27 oz.) box Sunbelt Bakery Key Lime Chewy Granola Bars
- Sweetened flaked coconut
- Sliced almonds
- White frosting
- Pink round confetti sprinkles
- Black pearl sprinkles
- Pink edible marker
