These Easy Chocolate Cherry Cookies are super easy to make and perfect for the holidays! Using only 5 ingredients, they will fast become a family favorite. These have become my most asked for cookies for Christmas! Perfect for gifts and cookie exchanges too!

You will need:

16.5 oz. Betty Crocker Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Mix
2 eggs
½ cup softened butter
1 jar Maraschino cherries
16 oz. container Betty Crocker Cherry Frosting
First empty the cookie mix in a large bowl.

Next mix in 2 eggs and the softened butter.

Now add 2 TB of cherry juice from the jar of Maraschino cherries.

Then roll out the dough into 1 inch balls.

Bake according to package instructions.

Immediately when they come out of the oven, make a little dent in the middle of the cookies with a tablespoon. Cool completely.

Frost the top of the cookie with the cherry frosting

Place a cherry in the middle of each cookie. Store in airtight container for 3-4 days.
