These Easy Peppermint Kiss Cookies are so quick to make using Betty Crocker’s Soft Baked Peppermint Cookie mix! Just add a few ingredients you probably already have on hand, and you have the perfect holiday Christmas cookie! These cookies are wonderful to give as gifts and for cookie exchanges too!

You will need:
1 (16.6 oz.) package of Betty Crocker’s Soft Baked Peppermint Cookie Mix
2 eggs
½ cup softened butter
Red sugar sprinkles (optional)
¼ tsp peppermint extract (optional)
Directions for Peppermint Kiss Cookies:
First place the cookie mix into a large mixing bowl.
Add the eggs, peppermint extract and the softened butter and mix until thoroughly combined.
Next roll the dough into 1” balls and roll in red sugar sprinkles.
Place on cookie sheet and bake according to package instructions.
While baking, unwrap the Peppermint Hershey Kisses
Remove from oven and place the Peppermint Hershey Kisses in the center of each cookie while the cookie is still warm and soft.
Let cookies set for about an hour until the Kisses in the middle have hardened and are no longer soft.
