You will need:

2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
½ cup Butter
10 oz. bag Color marshmallows
½ cup Chopped walnuts
½ cup Shredded sweet coconut
Parchment paper
Directions for Easy Church Window Pan Cookies:
First chop the walnuts into fine pieces

Next slice the butter and melt the chocolate chips and butter in the microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring after each interval, or on the stovetop on medium low, stirring constantly until smooth.

Now place the bag of marshmallows and the chopped walnuts into a large bowl.

When the chocolate has cooled a little (you don’t want to add super hot chocolate to the marshmallows or they will melt) pour the chocolate into the bowl of marshmallows and nuts.

Fold everything together until well coated. You may have to work fast.

Then spread the mixture into a 8”x8” pan lined with parchment paper.

Immediately sprinkle the top with the shredded coconut.

Refrigerate 2 hours until set.
Lift the parchment paper up and remove everything from pan. Place on cutting board. Make about a 1 inch slice along the entire edge.

Cut each slice into 3 or 4 even pieces.

Now you have the prettiest church window cookies and they were so easy to make with only 5 ingredients!
