You will need:

Fresh strawberries
Fresh rosemary
12 cupcakes (any flavor)
White frosting
Clear Sparkling Sugar Sprinkles
Jumbo star tip with piping bag (optional)
Snoopy puffer jacket printout on cardstock (get image on internet)
Toothpicks
Tape
Directions for Strawberry Snoopy Puffer Jacket Cupcakes:
First slice the top (stem part) off of the strawberry so it is flat. Next slice the tip of the strawberry at an angle. Place the sliced strawberries on paper towels to drain off the excess moisture.

Now frost the tops of the cupcakes with the white frosting using a jumbo star tip or simply frost with a knife.

Sprinkle the tops of the cupcakes with the sugar sprinkles.

Now cut out the Snoopy printout – just the head and coat collar. Just download an image off of the internet and crop to about 2 inches and print on cardstock.

Tape the back of the cutout to a toothpick.

Push the toothpick into the top the slanted side of the strawberry. Do this right before serving, the cardstock color may bleed a little from the juice of the strawberry.

Then place the strawberry Snoopy on top of the cupcake.
Finally place a small sprig of rosemary on the top of the cupcakes.

You can even dust them with powdered sugar! Now you have the sweetest Snoopy Puffer Jacket Cupcakes ever! These take so little time to make. You can even use store-bought frosted cupcakes and add some sprinkles to save time. Kids will love to help decorate these!
