These adorable Snoopy Peppermint Chocolate Mousse Cups were so fun and easy to make using Pepperidge Farm Snoopy Goldfish Peppermint Cocoa grahams! They are super cute and the perfect little dessert to snack on while watching “A Charlie Brown Christmas”!

You will need:

8 oz. block of room temperature cream cheese
1/2 cup butter softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed and divided
5 packets (1.38 oz. each) of Swiss Miss Peppermint instant hot cocoa mix
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Pepperidge Farm Snoopy Peppermint Cocoa Goldfish grahams
Marshmallow bits
Crushed Candy canes
Directions for Snoopy Peppermint Chocolate Mousse Cups:
With a hand mixer, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
Add the vanilla and powdered sugar and cream together until thoroughly combined.
Beat in the packets of dry instant hot cocoa mix, one at a time.

Fold in the mini marshmallows and half of the Cool Whip tub.

Spoon mixture into individual cups. I got these cute cups on Amazon here.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Top with remaining Cool whip, Snoopy cookies, marshmallow bits and crushed candy canes just before serving.
