These Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Bits Crackers have always been a family favorite of ours for decades! Originally we used to make these with my mom with the regular size Ritz crackers and we’d spread peanut butter in the middle and make a sandwich and then dip them into chocolate.
Over the years I discovered my family liked the bite-sized Ritz Bits version, and I came up with this little cheat of omitting spreading the peanut butter to make them even easier!
