Pumpkin Spice Granola Waffles are the perfect way to start a chilly fall day! Using Sunbelt Bakery’s Pumpkin Spice Chewy Granola Bars in the batter and sprinkled on top, these yummy waffles are great for a cozy breakfast or dessert!

You will need:

1 (7.61 oz.) box Sunbelt Bakery Pumpkin Spice Chewy Granola Bars
3 cups waffle mix (I used Krusteaz)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup milk
¾ cup canned pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions for Pumpkin Spice Granola Waffles:
First, chop or crumble 2 Sunbelt Bakery Pumpkin Spice Granola bars (about ½ a cup)

Now, whisk the pumpkin pie spice and the waffle mix in a large bowl.

Next add the milk, pumpkin puree, egg and vanilla extract and stir until combined. Do not overmix.

Batter will be a little lumpy

Then fold in the chopped/crumbled pumpkin spice granola bar pieces.

Spoon the batter onto your waffle maker and cook according to your waffle maker instructions.

Makes 6 large waffles.


Top with whipped cream and more crumbled pumpkin spice granola bar. Finish with maple syrup and a candy pumpkin if desired.
