Apple Cider Coffee Cake is just the perfect way to celebrate the fall season! These no-bake individual Drake’s Cake Coffee Cakes are so easy to make using a few simple autumn ingredients. These coffee cakes have cinnamon, real apples and apple cider right in the fluffy topping. Great with a warm cup of apple cider, you’ll welcome the crisp fall weather!

You will need:
1 (10.42 oz.) box Drake’s Cakes Coffee Cakes
1 ½ cups can apple pie filling
½ cup butter, softened
2 TB prepared apple cider (prepare from apple cider mix)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
1M piping tip and disposable piping bag (optional)
Fresh apple slices and ground cinnamon for decoration (optional)
Directions for Apple Cider Coffee Cake:
First dice the apples in the apple pie filling.
Next unwrap a coffee cake and place the apples coated in filling on top of the coffee cake.
Prepare apple cider according to package instructions, let cool completely. For the frosting, with a hand or stand mixer, mix the softened butter with the prepared apple cider and vanilla extract. Then add the dry apple cider and mix well. Slowly mix in the powdered sugar until thoroughly incorporated.
Now pipe on the frosting using a 1M piping tip
Decorate with an apple slice and ground cinnamon if desired.
