There’s nothing more refreshing than mint and chocolate for dessert! The perfect combination in one bite-size treat. This no-bake dessert is made easy using Drake’s Cakes Devils Food Mini Cake Bites! These mini cake bites are great on their own, full of chocolately goodness and mini chocolate chips, but topped with the refreshing mint buttercream, they are an elegant little dessert that are dinner party worthy!
You will need:
1 box Drakes Cakes Devils Food Mini Cake Bites
½ cup room temperature salted sweet cream butter
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ tsp peppermint extract
½ TB milk or heavy cream
1 drop of Leaf green gel food coloring
1 bar of dark chocolate
Fresh mint leaves
Directions for Mint Chocolate Mini Cakes:
With a hand mixer, whip the butter and peppermint extract for about 30 seconds until smooth.
Slowly add in the powdered sugar while mixing. Mix for about 1 minute while adding in the milk.
Fold in the green food coloring
Using a small grater, grate 1-2 TB dark chocolate
Fold the dark chocolate into the buttercream until thoroughly combined.
Pipe the frosting on top of the mini cake bites
Top with fresh mint leaves

Mint Chocolate Mini Cakes
No-bake mint chocolate mini cakes made from Drakes Cakes Devils Food Mini Cake Bites!
Ingredients
- 1 box Drakes Cakes Devils Food Mini Cakes
- ½ cup room temperature salted sweet cream butter

Instructions
